At Meadow Barn, we pride ourselves on our bespoke approach. Nothing is “off the peg” when it comes to creating weddings that are truly unique and tailored to your preferences. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, our dedicated team has been creating unforgettable wedding experiences.

Meadow Barn is snuggled beside The Stratford Park Hotel and Golf Club, an independent hotel which has been owned and run by the same family since 1991.

Alongside our beautiful oak beamed barn we also have 32 bedrooms for your wedding party guests.

Meadow Barn is surrounded by a private arrival courtyard complete with fountain and terrace seating area where the sun sets every evening.

Surrounding our terrace is our outdoor ceremony space, complete with a living willow tunnel and arbour and a lawns.

Set in 150 acres of lush Warwickshire Countryside, we have endless natural backdrops for your beautiful wedding photography.

We understand the importance of flowers at a wedding, they can completely transform a space.

We take great pride in using locally sourced ingredients in our healthy & delicious menus.

Our menus have been carefully created to include all you need for a truly wonderful wedding day. We are more than happy to discuss specific ideas & themes in more detail with you.

Whether you would like an intimate wedding for 15 or a larger occasion, We can cater for up to 100 guests.

We have 32 beautiful bedrooms, so why not extend your wedding and stay with us.

What’s included in our Wedding Planning & Design Fee?

  • Venue wedding coordinator to answer all your design & planning questions
  • On day Wedding Manager
  • 6  floral centrepieces & top table arrangement
  • Overnight accommodation for the wedding couple
  • Exclusive use of the courtyard, barn, terrace, white table linen, chivari chairs, round tables, crockery, cutlery & glassware,
  • all staffing for the entire day & evening reception.

On the day of your wedding, our wedding manager will
  • Coordinate with vendors: The wedding manager will oversee all the vendors involved in your wedding, including the florist, musicians, and photographer. They will make sure everyone knows where they need to be and when.
  • Set up the ceremony and reception spaces: The wedding manager will make sure that the ceremony space is set up with chairs and any other decor that you have planned. They will also make sure that the reception space is set up to your table plan and centerpieces, name place cards, menus all go out correctly
  • Manage the timeline: Our wedding manager will keep track of the timeline for the day, making sure that everything happens on schedule. They will coordinate with the DJ or band to make sure that the music is playing at the right times, and they will let you know when it’s time to do your first dance, cut the cake, and toss the bouquet.
  • Handle any issues that arise: If something goes wrong on your wedding day (like a vendor not showing up or a guest getting sick), the wedding manager will be there to handle it. They will make sure that everything is resolved quickly and quietly so that you and your guests can enjoy the rest of the day.
  •  Keep you calm: Finally, the wedding manager will be there to keep you calm and relaxed throughout the day. They will handle any stress or anxiety that you might be feeling, and they will make sure that you have everything you need to enjoy your wedding day.

Our creative in floral team will be on site early in the morning to create 6 beautiful low table floral centrepieces & top table bud vase florals to complement your colour scheme.

We our proud to say that we are do not use oasis & use British seasonal flowers when we can.

Our floral team are also happy to quote for your bridal party flowers, bouquets & button holes.

If you need to get ready here on site we have a family room available if you wish to stay the night before before with your bridal party or we can offer our Henley Suite for on the day hair & make up.

The family room is available at an extra charge.

Our on site team of chefs have created a selection of packages to assist you with you planning but if you require a special menu, talk to us, if we can cook it for your number of guests all at the same time we will happily quote.

We offer a selection of fine wines and sparkling choices for you and your guests but again if you have a set budget, talk to us, we can create packages within your budgets.
